Policies
Check-in / out
Arrival time is from 2:00pm
Departure time is 10:00am
Please note we are a self-service check-in motel.
Cancellation
Cancellations must be made by 2:00pm,
48 hours before arrival to avoid the cancellation fee of one nights accommodation. There is a 14 days cancellation policy when booking during peak season and public holiday weekends.
Group bookings
Group bookings will be required to pay a deposit of one night's accommodation or 50% of the total amount if for one night only. Group bookings will require two weeks notice for cancellation.
Smokefree
All our rooms are smokefree. We have a designated smoking area at our communal BBQ area. A $250 penalty applies to any smoke affected rooms.
Infants & Children
Infants stay free of charge between the age of 0 - 2yrs. Children from 3yrs are charged the extra person rate of $25.00.
We can provide travel cots with bedding at a fee of $15.
We also have a baby bath and highchair upon request.
Payment
We have a same day payment policy. A 3% credit card transaction fee will apply when using a Visacard, Mastercard or Debit card. You may choose to change the method of payment to direct debit, as this method of payment does not attract this fee.
