Cancellation

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equal to the first night's accommodation charge.
Peak Booking Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable during Peak Periods.

Peak Periods are from December 23rd - January 31st and include Bay Dreams festival, One Love festival, Aims Games and all public holiday long weekends - Waitangi Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Kings Birthday, Matariki, Labour Day.

Group bookings

(Bookings with 3 or more rooms) Group bookings must have prior approval. Approved bookings require a 50% deposit collected at time of booking and balance is collected 14 days before arrival. A 14 day cancellation policy applies, which means no refunds or date changes will be given within 14 days of arrival.

No party policy

The Mission Belle Motel has a strict no-party policy. For the consideration of other guests, disruptive noise, excessive drinking, or large gatherings will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to evict any guest or group displaying anti-social behaviour with no refunds considered.

No Pets - Sorry!

Smokefree

We are a smoke-free motel. Ash pots are provided in the designated smoking area only. If evidence is found of smoking inside a unit, a surcharge of one nights accommodation will be charged.

Infants & Children

Infants stay free of charge between the age of 0 - 2yrs. Children from 2yrs are charged the extra person rate of $25.00. We can provide travel cots with bedding at a fee of $15. We also have a baby bath and highchair upon request.

Payment

Please note there is a 3% surcharge when paying with a credit card or debit card. There is the option to pay via online banking to avoid this surcharge.

Parking

One car only per room is permitted to park on the property. Extra cars must park on street. We do not have parking available for trailers on the property.

Maximum occupancy

In accordance with law and fire safety regulations, only the maximum designated number of occupants per room is permitted. Sleeping on the floor or couch is strictly prohibited, and additional people will be asked to leave.

Age

Only guests 18 or over are permitted to reserve accommodation. Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
